🔥 Walking Through Fire: How I Conquered Fear at Tony Robbins Events (Copy)

Yes, I walked across hot fire coals. Not once—twice. And no, it wasn’t a stunt. It was a powerful metaphor for what’s possible when you take your mind out of the equation and let your inner strength lead the way.

At two separate Tony Robbins events, I stepped barefoot onto a bed of burning embers, surrounded by hundreds of others doing the same. The heat was real. The fear was real. But so was the transformation.

🧠 The Mind Is a Master—Until You Tell It Otherwise

Our minds are wired to protect us, to keep us safe. But sometimes, that protection becomes a prison. Walking across fire isn’t about ignoring danger—it’s about releasing the grip of fear and trusting your body, your breath, and your belief.

Before the walk, Tony guided us through a powerful mindset shift. We visualized success, repeated empowering mantras, and tapped into a state of certainty. By the time my feet touched the coals, I wasn’t thinking—I was being.

🌱 What Firewalking Taught Me About Life (and Cooking)

As The Vegan Gorilla, I teach people how to cook with compassion and confidence. But the lessons from firewalking go far beyond the kitchen:

  • Fear is a story—change the narrative, and you change your life.

  • Your body knows—when you trust it, you unlock incredible resilience.

  • Presence is power—whether you’re plating a dish or facing a challenge, being fully present is everything.

đź’¬ From Fire to Food

I bring this same energy into my cooking classes. Whether I’m in your kitchen or on Zoom, I help you move past the “I can’t” and into the “I did.” Because if I can walk across fire, you can absolutely master a vegan hollandaise or bake the perfect cruelty-free cake.

So the next time fear whispers “you’re not ready,” remember this: you are. You just have to take your mind out of it—and step forward.
